Who we are
Precision AI is a UK-based automation consultancy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or get in touch, and what we do with it.
Contact: jamil.rahman@precision-ai.co.uk
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, business name (if given), email address, and whatever you write about your current time-drain or task. We also record the time you submitted it.
We don't use cookies or third-party tracking scripts to profile visitors. Standard hosting and delivery logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be retained briefly by our infrastructure provider for security and reliability, not for marketing.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver the automation audit or service you've asked about.
We route form submissions through an internal automation workflow so we can respond quickly, but the data isn't sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any AI model.
We won't add you to a marketing or newsletter list without asking first.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, once you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one.
