Terms of service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Overview
These terms apply to anyone who engages Precision AI ("we", "us") for automation consulting, build, or ongoing support services. Using this website or submitting an enquiry doesn't create a contract on its own — that happens once we've agreed a proposal together.
How engagements work
We start with a free audit and, if it's a fit, a written proposal covering scope, what we'll build, timelines, and cost. Work begins once you've accepted that proposal.
Ongoing services (hosting, monitoring, maintenance, improvements) are billed as a monthly retainer, running month-to-month with no long-term lock-in, as set out in your proposal.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and currency are agreed per client in the proposal. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access to the tools, accounts, and information needed to do the work, and to review and respond to approval steps we build into anything that touches money, customer communication, or your accounts.
Confidentiality
We treat information about your business, systems, and data as confidential, and won't share it outside what's needed to deliver the service, unless required by law.
Intellectual property
Once an invoice for a build is paid in full, you own the automation system, scripts, and configuration built specifically for you. Underlying tools, platforms, and any general-purpose components we reuse across clients remain ours (or their respective owners').
Liability
We build systems with monitoring and human-approval steps to catch problems early, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party tools or platforms we integrate with. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question over the preceding three months, except where liability can't be limited by law.
Ending the engagement
Either party can end an ongoing retainer by giving notice as agreed in your proposal. On request, we'll hand over documentation and access needed for a clean handover, or wind the system down.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
